            Case is posted today for objection and objection hearing.

            Parties are present through their respective Advocates. The Advocate for the Complainant has filed a compromise petition being signed by him, which is also identified by his advocate and also the same has been countersigned by the Op No.1, himself being identified by his advocate to compromise and drop the case on the ground stated therein that they have already settled their dispute among themselves outside the forum and as such the Complainant has filed the same with a prayer to drop the matter/case further.

            Heard the matter And in view of the circumstances we feel it to be genuine to drop the matter.

            Hence, the case is dropped and disposed off today on compromise between the parties in the open forum.
