The Case record is put up to-day on the strength of petition filed by the Advocate  for the complainant. Advocate for ops is present. The complainant being  identified by her Advocate filed a memo  stating that during  pendency of this case ,matter has been amicably settled in between the parties outside the Forum of the for which the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further and want to withdraw the case.
