                          The case record is advanced to to-days file on the strength of the advance petition filed by the complainant. The learned advocate for  the complainant is present and submitted that the matter has already been  settled by the parties outside the Forum and  hence the complainant do not wants to proceed further with the case. In view of the aforesaid submission and  on consideration of the not- pressed petition filed by the complainant , the case is dismissed as not pressed.

                                      Accordingly the case is  disposed off.
