2. Laxmi Sales and  Service through its Proprietor, Bargarh having its place of Business situated at Canal Avenue N.H.6, Sayan, P.o. Gudesira, Ps/Tahsil. Dist. Bargarh.

            There after no appearance has been entered into by the Complainant for several consecutive meeting including today.

            This Commission cannot incline to accommodate if any further.

Therefore the Complaint is dismissed in default for non appearance and non prosecution.

            Case is disposed off.
