Both parties file hazira.

The petition dated 28.12.16 filed by the Jdr. Superintendent of Post Office, Suri, Birbhum for disposal of this case and returning cheque No. 441179 dated 24.05.2016 amounting to Rs. 50,000/- deposited by the Jdr. as per direction of the Hon’ble National Commission is taken up for hearing.

Heard both sides

It appears that Hon’ble National Commission has been pleased to allow the revision petition No. 1313 of 2015 arising out of this case and also has been pleased to dismiss the original complaint.

Hon’ble National Commission also has been pleased to direct that the amount, if any, deposited by the petitioner’s with Dist. Forum, be returned to it along with interest which may havce accrued on that amount.

In this juncture prayer of the Jdr. is to be allowed.

                          that petition dated 28.12.16 filed by the Jdr. Superintendent of Post Office, Suri, Birbhum for returning cheque No. 441179 dated 24.05.2016 amounting to Rs. 50,000/- deposited by the Jdr. as per direction of the Hon’ble National Commission is allowed.

The Ex. Case No. 16/2013 be and the same is dismissed/dropped. No cost.

Cheque No. 441179 dated 24.05.2016 amounting to Rs. 50,000/- be returned to the Jdr. on proper receipt and verification.

A copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
