                        The D.Hr is present, G.P. is also present for the J.Drs. Perused the record. Monetary part has been complied by the J.Drs. The other part production of regd. Sale Deed has not been produced by the J.Dr. No.1. The Consumer Court is to take up the cases where the Consumer right is violated. Earlier this Forum has passed order against the Govt. officer. Accordingly, as the order passed by the Commission is not executable in this Forum/Commission, I am not inclined to continue this case. The D.Hr. is at liberty to move to the competent court of law for his lost Regd. Sale deed. The case is closed.
