But in the meantime, on Dt. 12/04/2018 the Advocate for the Complainant filed a Petition/Memo stating therein that she does not want to proceed with the matter as the case has been settled with the Opposite Party No.1(one) i.e. State Bank of India, Main Branch, Bargarh and OP No.2 i.e. L.I.C. of India, Bargarh has already been set Ex-parte. Furthermore the OP No.1(one) has also got no objection to the petition filed by the Complainant.

Hence in view of the above circumstances we are of the view to drop the proceeding and disposing the matter.

Accordingly the case is disposed off. Dictated.
