Advocate for  both parties  are present. The Complainant being identified by her  Advocate  filed petition stating that ,  during pendency of this case the matter has been amicably settled in between the parties outside this Commission  for which   the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further and want to withdraw this case. Copy served without objection.

Heard. Allowed. This case is hereby   dismissed   as withdrawn by the complainant.
