This appeal is filed against the Docket Order dt.12.12.2014 passed in E.A.09/2014 in C.C.No.105/2008 on the file of the District Forum, Rangareddy Dist.
The Respondent no.1 herein filed C.C.No.105/2008 against the appellants and respondent no.2 herein and two others and the said complaint is allowed by the Dist.Forum, Rangareddy by its order dt.31.1.2013 directing the respondent no.2 herein to pay Rs.17,00,000/- with interest at 9% p.a. to the complainant along with costs of Rs.10,000/-. Not satisfied by the said order the respondent no.1 herein filed F.A.No.146/2013 before the A.P.State Commission and the said appeal was allowed modifying the order of the Dist.Forum by directing the appellants and respondent no.2 herein to pay the amounts as directed by the Dist.Forum. For non compliance of the said order the respondent no.1 filed Execution Application before the Dist. Forum and the Dist.Forum passed order on 12.12.2014 to issue NBWs. against the appellants and the respondent no.2 herein. Against the said order of the Dist.Forum, the appellants filed this appeal.
Heard counsel for the appellants.
Counsel for the appellants filed a withdrawal memo seeking permission to withdraw the appeal stating that the dispute between both parties was compromised and settled out of Court as per the elders’ advice. Hence he prayed that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In the circumstances, the appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
