Case could not be taken up to-day as per the request letter No. DBA 13(15)/17 Dt.21/04/2017 of Dist. Bar Association, Bargarh for increasing head wave and scorching heat prevailing in the western part of Odisha.

Later on :- The Petitioners them self appeared before the Court to-day and filed a memo stating therein that the Parties in the aforesaid case have settled their dispute among them selves and the Petitioners do not want to proceed with the case further more.

                  Perused the memo, quarried Petitioners, they said dispute has been settled and they do not want to proceed with the case and prayed the Forum to dropp the Complaint against to the Ops. The Petitioners endorsed to the contain of the Order sheet.

Hence the       Complaint is dropped against the Ops and disposed off accordingly.
