Complainant is present through his Advocate.
Perused the memo Dt. 11/09/2019 filed by the advocate for the Complainant where it is mentioned that the matter has been already settled between the parties. So the Complainant does not wants to proceed the case further.
Again, the OP No.1 has filed a petition Dt. 11/09/2019 stating therein that the claim amount of Rs. 31985.76 for Khariff-2017 has been credited to the saving Bank Deposit Account in S.D.C.C. Bank, Bheden Branch of the Complainant, Ashok Ku. Sahu, Remunda on Dt. 21/08/2018 and the copy of same account statement is also annexed herewith. The copy of the same petition has been served to the Complainant, through his Advocate.
The Advocates for parties also verbally submitted to drop the case and not to proceed further.
So, we feel that the case should drop here.
Case is dropped in the open forum, today and disposed off accordingly.
