              Advocate for O.P. No.1 filed hazira. No step has been taken by the Complainant. There is a compromise between the parties and the Complainant received D.D. No. 373354 dated 26.12.2019 for Rs. 8000/- from the O.P. to-wards full and final settlement of his claim. The Complainant is at liberty to encash the said amount if not realised till date. Inspite of order dated 03.08.2022 the Complainant did not turn up. Accordingly, we are constrained to dispose of this case that in view of settlement dated 17.01.2020 the complaint is hereby dropped as not pressed by the Complainant.
