       No step filed by the Parties on Perusal of Order Sheet. It has been seen that the last Appearance by the Complainant was entered into on 03/03/2020. Also notice has been Issued to the Complainant on Dt 07/04/2022, vide Issue No. 434. There after no Appearance has been entered into by the Complainant for Several Consecutive hearings including today. Commission cannot inclines to Accommodate to keep it any further as he filed to press his own case therefore the Complaint Dismissed in default for Non Appearance, Non Prosecution.
