Op has prayed to comply teh matter no-14 dated 08/05/2014 on the next date.

Prayer is allowed to comply  the order on teh next date by the op, failing which W/A shall be issued against the op.

At this stage both parties have filed a petition stating that balance Rs. 3700/- is paid by the op to complainant and so enter complaint is disposed of on full satisfaction  as per settlement .OP to take back the W/Machine from the house ofthe complainant at their own cost in their 15 days.

Hence, ordered that the complainant be and same is disposed of on settlement and full staifaction.
