          Complainant and the law officer of the O.P. Company present. Discussion made. The Complainant submitted that already new meter has been installed. The Complainant to-day deposited Rs. 30,000/- vide receipt No. A 14111012006202211 in the name Pankajini Guru. The parties agreed on Rs. 54,551/- which reduced to Rs. 15,000/- by the O.P. Arrear up to Nov.2022 Rs. 1,39,686/-, after reduction it comes to Rs. 1,00,135/- on 13.12.2022 an amount of Rs. 1045/- has been paid and to-day Rs. 30,000/- by the Complainant. The rest amount payable by the Complainant comes to Rs. 69,090/-. The Complainant agreed to pay the amount of Rs. 69,090/- in three installments before March 2023.

          In the above terms as per settlement between the parties, the Complaint is closed.
