That apart the urgent matter, bail matter along with injunction cases may be taken up as before till 1stMay 2021.
Further, Dist. Bar Association, Bargarh vide their letter No. DBA 449 Dt. 10/04/2021 has informed that, they resolved to abstain from Court's work Completely till 1th May 2021 as a preventive measure to combat CORONA virus.
At the same time they are glad to request for not to pass any adverse order in case of no step is taken by any party in any case and they seek to like co-operation from the concerned courts in such matters.
Having gone through the record and heard on admission of the case from the Advocate for the Complainant on Dt. 18/03/2021, we found that the Complainant of the case dose not come into the purview of definition of Consumer as per the Act.
Furthermore the advocate concern could not justify his stand before the Commission with regard to the status of the Complainant as has been claim to be a Consumer in his petition. So we don not see any reason to admit the case.
Hence, the case is rejected and disposed off accordingly.
