It is hereby certified that under Section-25(3) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986; an amount in sum ofRs.26,251/- together with interest thereon @ 18% p.a., as from 30/Nov/1992 till realization of amount and compensation in sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and costs in sum of Rs.100/-is due to the Applicant/original Complainant herein from the above Opposite Party/Judgment Debtor, as per order dtd.10/Feb/2000, passed by the Mumbai Suburban District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at Bandra; in original Consumer Complaint No.MSDF/229/1999, and the District Collector, Thane District shall proceed to recover the said amount from the above-mentioned Opposite Party/Judgment Debtor in the same manner as arrears of land revenue.
