Complainant appeared in person & files a petition to drop the proceeding in view of settlement of the issue between the parties . copy not served . on perusal of record it is found that notice have been duly served on but OPs are absent & took no steps after acknowledgement of notice of the Forum . Heard on the petition filed by the complainant to drop the proceeding . As complainant does not want to proceed . we have no hesitation to drop the proceeding . As such complainant is in view of settlement of the issue by OPs & satisfaction of complainant .
