Complainant appeared in person & filed a petition to withdraw the case in view of settlement of the issue between the parties. OP No. 4 appeared through his Proprietor Sri A. Jena. Sri Jena endorsed on the face of the petition No Objection. Heard on the petition filed by the complainant to drop the proceeding. As complainant is satisfied with the O.Ps & does not want to proceed with the case, we have no hesitation to allow the petition. The petition is allowed and accordingly the case is dropped.
