Order on Exhibit -1 in C.C.No.191/2006 :-

The Complainant has filed this complaint as against HDFC Bank. As per the copy of the death certificate, the original Complainant is dead. One - Mr. Amit Sutar was presented on 06.04.2010 on behalf of the Complainant but he did not take steps to bring the legal representative of the Complainant on the record. Thus, on the death of the original Complainant the legal representative of the Complainant, are not brought on the record. The complaint is old one. The legal representative of the Complainant appears to be not interested in the prosecution of the complaint.

Hence, the complaint dismissed is being abated and for want of prosecution. Parties be informed, accordingly.
