Case is posted today for hearing on petition.
Complainant being present in the forum admitted that he has received the amount of Rs. 85000/- vide DD No. 64893 towards the said value of the Generator and Rs. 5000/- vide DD no. 64892 Dt. 06/06/2019 outside the forum.
And prayed for before the forum to withdraw the case. And in support of that the advocate concern filed an affidavit alongwith the compromise petition signed by both the parties.
Having gone through the petition and on oral admission by the Complainant before the forum admitting to have received the said amount, we are of view to allow the petition along the petition.
Hence the case is disposed off in the open forum today.
