Case is posted today for appearance and version by the OPs.
Complainant is present through his advocate and filed a memo stating therein that the parties have amicable settled their dispute outside of the court and the Complainant does not want to proceed with the case.
Again in the meantime the Complainant has himself admitted before the open forum that he has received the amount of Rs.80,000/-(Rupees eighty thousand)only towards his claim from the OPs.
Hence, in view of the contents of the memo and his oral submission before the forum we feel it genuine to drop the case from further proceeding.
Hence, the case is dropped and accordingly disposed off.
