The Dhr files hazira and submitted that the judgement of the original CC Case being No. 23/2014 passed by this Commission vide its judgement and order dated 09/11/2017 has been stateside by the Hon’ble State Commission with a direction on denovo trial.

Under such circumstances this execution case becomes in fractural and liable to be dropped at this stage.

Hence,

Ordered, 

that the instant E.A Case No. 03/2018 be and the same is dropped.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
