- This Execution Application is filed by the petitioners/complainants is filed U/s. 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to punish the respondents fr intentionally failing to comply with the orders of this Commission made in CC 81/2009 dated 19.10.2012.
- Heard the counsel on both sides.
- The second respondent Bank ( State Bank of India ) has filed an affidavit stating that the first respondent (M/s. Mayatas Properties Ltd ) has paid an amount of Rs.73,56,841/- on 31.10.2015 towards full and final settlement of the amount payable to the bank in respect of the loan account of the complainants and prayed that, In the circumstances, the Commission may record the closure of loan account of the complainants. The same is recorded. In the circumstances, E.A. stands terminated.
