The case is put up to-day on the strength of a put up petition filed by the JDR, along with the awarded of draft amounting to Rs.13,306/- in shape of bank draft in the name of the DHR namely Ramakanta Satpathy.
The put up petition is allowed and the case is put up today for consideration, And as aforesaid, the filed amount of draft amounting to Rs.13,306/- is hereby allowed the DHR to receive.
Accordingly the DHR/Advocate Ramakanta Satpathy received the draft in the open Forum as such the case is disposed off.
