The complainant files a petition for adding Syndicate Bank, Murarai Branch as O.P No.3

The petition is taken up for hearing treating the same as MA No.49 /17.

            Heard both sides.

We find that the complainant is intending to add Syndicate Bank as O.P No.3 as per plea raised by O.P No.1 and 2. So, we do not find any impediment to allow the petition.

Hence,

Ordered,

that the petition dated 22.12.2017 filed by the complainant Kiran Sk. for adding Syndicate Bank, Murarai Branch as O.P No.3 is allowed on contest but without any order as to cost.

Amend the complaint.

Thus MA is disposed of accordingly.
