Heard the matter. Perused the petition and documents available with it. It revelas from the record that the case seems to be in relation to some stock market sales and purchase, which is no coming within the purview of the Consumer Protection Act-1986 as such we are not in faver of admitting the case.

Hence, the petition is rejected.
