The case is fixed for hearing of the case.
From the very inception of the case, the Complainants have been posting their steps by post.
And consecutively they have been found to be defaulter in attending before the Forum.
Moreover, it is found from one petition filed by the Complainants on Dt.25/11/2017, that even inspite of the direction of the Forum the Opposite Parties have not complied with the same, which is found to be a false one. Hence they were directed to appear before the Forum personally.
But to-day also, in spite of the direction to appear before the Forum, they did not turn of and found absent on call also.
Hence we are of the view to dismiss the case for the default in attending the Forum.
Accordingly the case disposed for default of the Complainants.
