The case was fixed for to-day for appearance of O.P.No.1 and for filing his version, and SR has not returned back from O.P.No.2. Hence it was posted for his SR on Dt.08/08/2018.

But in the meantime the Complainant through his advocate has filed a petition for withdrawal of the same on the ground stated therein on the strength of a put up petition to consider the same to-day.

Perused the petition filed by the Complainant, the petition reveals that the Complainant has settled the matter of dispute with the Opposite Parties out side of the Forum and has paid off the dues amounting to Rs.31,000/- in shape of cheque bearing No.091274 Dt.25/07/2018 to the Opposite Parties.

The Complainant being present in the Forum admitted the same to be true and wants to withdraw the case.

Hence the petition of the Complainant is hereby allowed.

Accordingly the case is disposed off to-day in the open Forum.
