Record is put up to-day on the strength of put-up petitions filed by the Complainant and OP No.1(one) through their Advocates.

Complainant personally present and her Advocate and Sri S.K.Panda, Advocate is also present on behalf of the OP No.1(one).

Advocate for the Complainant and Complainant herself being present filed a withdraw petition as ground state that the case is settled between the parties and Complainant has received Rs.12,50,000/-(Rupees twelve lakh fifty thousand)only in shape of ICICI Bank cheque No. 698412 Dt.16/05/2018 as full and final settlement of the case and she does not want to proceed further with this case and intends to withdraw the case against the Opposite Parties.

The Advocate for the OP No.1(one) Sri S.K.Panda filed a memorandum of settlement that OP No.1(one) has paid Rs. 12,50,000/-(Rupees twelve lakh fifty thousand)only vide cheque No. 698412 Dt.16/05/2018 under Policy No.04446989. The cheque, in favour of the Complainant towards full and final satisfaction under policy No. 04446989 and prays before the Forum to dispose of present Complaint.

Heard both the petition filed by the Complainant and OP No.1(one) and personally heard to the Complainant. And the Complainant received the cheque in open Forum bearing No. 698412 Dt.16/05/18 amounting to Rs.12,50,000/-(Rupees twelve lakh fifty thousand) only under Policy No. 04446989 towards full and final settlement of the present case and she does not want to proceed further with this case.

OP No.2(two) files no step and absent on call.

Considering the petition filed by the Complainant and OP No.1(one) and their deposition before the Forum the case of the Complainant against the Opposite Parties after receiving of satisfaction amount towards full and final settlement of the case, the present case is hereby disposed off accordingly.
