Case earlier posted for appearance and version by the O.P.

In the meantime on Dt.05/04/2019 the Complainant filed a petition before the Forum for withdrawal of the case from the Forum against the O.P. on the ground stated therein and move the same before the Forum.

Heard the Advocate for the Complainant. On the perusal of the withdrawal petition filed by him, since the matter is dispute is already settled between them outside the Forum, we are in view to allow, the petition of the Complainant to withdraw the case.

Hence the petition is allowed and the case is accordingly disposed off in the open Forum to-day.
