Complainant called out absent. Since both the OPs remained absent and placed exparte,  the complainant on 29-07-2015 was called upon to file his affidavit evidence in support of his case. However, the complainant thereafter never appeared before the forum to prosecute the complaint by filing his affidavit evidence in lieu of oral evidence. No representation is also made on behalf of the complainant. No reasons have been assigned for the continuous absence of the complainant for the last more than 3 months.  It appears that the complainant has lost his interest in prosecuting the complaint. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
