                                Advocate for O.Ps submitted that a petition dated 13.05.2022 has been served to the Complainant on 24.05.2022 to drop the case. The Complainant has not yet filed any objection after surrender of the vehicle by the Complainant.

                             As the vehicle has been surrendered by the Complainant and no steps are taken, accordingly the Complainant has no case. The case is hereby dropped.
