The case was fixed to-day for hearing on admission, but in the mean time it was founded that the Complainant was made to be representing a dead person on the strength of a Power of Attorney executed by him prior to his death, which to be illegal.
Further in view of which announces the liability for the Complainant has filed a petition to withdraw the case on the ground stated therein.
Having gone though the material available on the record and on head the advocate concerned, it is found to be genuine one for with drawal.
Hence, the petition is allowed.
