The case is posted to-day for admission hearing.

Parties personally present before the Court through their counsels.

The Petition/DHR argued the Execution application on the point of admission of the same.

Heard argument in respect of admission hearing. Perused the judgment/order Dt.28/10/2013 in C.C. No.02/2010 along with the application.

Execution Application allowed.

To-day also the advocate for Petition/DHR filed a petition, stating therein that, the Petitioner has received the awarded amount in full and final satisfaction and Parties have sought out their respective claim and Petitioner/DHR do not want to proceed with the case and prayed the Forum to drop the case against the OP. The petition Dt.01/06/2016 filed by the advocate for Petitioner is also endorsed by the Petitioner/DHR.

Owing the petition filed by the advocate for Petitioner/DHR and the Petitioner/DHR also personally present before the Forum and have consented to receive the awarded amount in full and final settlement the Forum dropped the proceeding of the case.

Case disposed off accordingly.
