                Complainant present the complainant . and the Op had filed a joint memo on dt. 13.02.2014 to drop the case on the grounds stated therein but the same was not taken in consideration till supply of of 3 three retile chiders   by the OP. Today Forum asked the complainant for supply of retile 3 cylinder by the Op to which the complainant send yes and requested the Forum to drop the case in view of the memo  filed by them on 13.02.2014 . Hence taking  in to consideration the memo filed by both the parties the case is here by dropped with full satisfaction of the complainant. 

             Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the 15^th    day of  July’ 2014
