Advocate for complainant is present. Authorized representative of OPs is present. The case is taken up for hearing. Advocate for complainant submitted that as per direction in C.D.Case No. 96 of 2012 the complainant deposited Rs 15,000/- in five equal monthly installments & The OPs upon receipt of amount reconnected power supply. But the OPs thereafter disconnected power supply & coming to know the complainant is going to file case,  they reconnected power supply. Further, The OPs are not deducting the deposited amount of Rs 15,000/- from the arrear outstanding as per order dt. 28.12.2012 in  C.D.Case No. 96/2012. Representative of OPs on the other hand submitted that they have filed writ petition before the Hon’ble High Court, Odisha . No copy of the writ petition nor  the Case No. has been filed by OPs in this case. Under the above circumstances, when the OPs after receipt of Rs 15,000/- from complainant restored power supply, they cannot go back now. Accordingly, we direct OPs to deduct the deposited amount from the outstanding bill of complainant within 30 days hence as per order dt. 28.12.2012 in  C.D.Case No. 96/2012. Accordingly,  the Case disposed of.
