          The representative of the O.P. present and submitted that the 1.5KW permitted load has not been enhanced to commercial category 3.00KW load by the Complainant. Assessment has been made on Rs. 50,180/- the O.P. agreed to reduce the amount to Rs. 35,000/- subject to payment of outstanding dues. The Complainant has limited prayer and as already reconnection has been given, there is no need to continue the case further and accordingly closed.
