The Complainant Mr. Bapu N. Patil present along with his advocate and filed a memorandum that the Complainant and O.Ps have settled their dispute outside the court. The Complainant admitted that he has received the D.D. bearing No. 515350 dated 23.03.2022 for an amount of Rs. 1,70,000/- from the O.P.s to-wards full and final settlement of the claim amount.
This is a case of deficiency in service. Mahindra Group of Company, one of its establishment is Holidays and Resort Service alleged to have received Rs. 1,28,664/- failed to provide any holidays service and Resort Service. Complaint was filed on 05.08.2018. After due notice the O.PS filed their version on 16.07.2019. In the meanwhile to-day memorandum was filed by the Complainant that he is fully and finally satisfied and prayed for not to continue the case.
As the Complainant is fully and finally satisfied, there is no reason to continue this case and the Complaint is disposed off.
