Learned counsels for the Appellant and Respondent are present. Respondent Smt.Sangavva alias Sangamma is also present and she files affidavit stating that she is the person namely Smt.Sangavva alias Sangamma with a proof of adhar card.

Learned counsel for the both parties files joint memo reporting compromise along with DD bearing no.000874/20.12.2021 for Rs.5,36,589/- drawn on HDFC bank in favour of Respondent Smt.Sangavva alias Sangamma and same is hereby recorded.

Learned counsel for the Appellant is handed over the said DD of Rs.5,36,589/- to the Respondent Smt.Sangavva alias Sangamma. Respondent reports the receipt of Rs.5,36,589/-

In view of the joint memo by way of compromise entered between the parties A/1617/2019 is dismissed as settled out of the Commission.

Amount in deposit of Rs.25,000/- is ordered to be transferred to the District Commission for disbursement to the Complainant/Respondent herein i.e. Smt.Sangavva alias Sangamma.
