Both Dhr and Jdr files hazira.Jdr files two cheque vide No.992507 and 075922 of Rs.2,48,202 and Rs.29,910 respectively in compliance with the order passed by  tthis Forum in CC/31/2014 dt.19.06.2016.the complainant herself is not present in the court.She authorised her husband Mr Bholanath Sinha to received the cheque omn behalf of herself.the two cheque is delivered to the Mr Bholanath Sinha after proper verification and identified by her lawyer.The execution case is thus disposed of full satisfaction of the dhr.

A copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
