ORAL ORDER

          None present for the Complainant even on second call.  Today Complainant failed to appear before this Forum without any sufficient reason.  Perusal of the order-sheet reveals that on the previous date viz. 13/04/2017, learned counsel for the Complainant on record, viz. Adv. Shivkumar B. Diwan, made a statement across the Bar to the effect that he has no instructions from his client.  There is no report available on record as regards service of notice to Opposite Party.  Complainant did not take appropriate steps for service of notice to the Opposite Party, in compliance with earlier order dated 07/11/2015 passed by this Forum.  Thus, in these peculiar circumstances, it is evident that Complainant has lost her interest in further prosecution of present consumer complaint.  In such circumstances, it is not desirable to prolong the case.  Hence, consumer complaint stands dismissed for want of prosecution in accordance with the provisions of Section-13(2)(c) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 read with Rule-4(7) of the Maharashtra Consumer Protection Rules, 2000.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
