ORAL ORDER

          Adv. Sanjay L. Kale is present on behalf of the Complainant.  Adv. Yuvraj D. Warghade is present on behalf of the Opposite Party.  Today Opposite Party filed a copy of challan. Both the learned counsels present before us report that there is amicable settlement of dispute between the parties outside the Forum and now, nothing survives for serious consideration of this Forum.  In view of these submissions, present consumer complaint stands disposed of as settled.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
