ORAL ORDER

          None present for the Complainants even on second call.  Today Complainants failed to appear before this Forum without any sufficient reason.  Perusal of order-sheet reveals that so was the position on previous two adjourned dates viz. 22/02/2017 and 07/12/2016.  Thus, in these peculiar circumstances it is evident that Complainants have lost their interest in further prosecution of present consumer complaint.  Hence, in accordance with the provisions of Section-256 of Code of Criminal Procedure, complaint stands dismissed for want of prosecution.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
