The complainant and his advocate are called, their absent.
Perused, the complaint is instituted on 21.12.2013. This forum verified the complaint and the documents and on the opinion that, the complainant and his advocate is tobe heard on the point of jurisdiction contemplated U/sec/11 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
We have perused the allegations made in the complaint and the place of resident of respondent. It prima-facie appears that, the opposite party against whom the complaint is lodged are residing at Aurangabad. The cause of action wholly arise within the jurisdiction of Aurangabad District Fora. Thus, this Forum is of the opinion that, this Forum has no jurisdiction to entertain and try the complaint. Hence, complaint stands dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
