          None present for the Complainant even on second call.  Today Complainant failed to appear before this Forum without any sufficient reason.  Today Complainant not only failed to appear before this Forum but also failed to lead his evidence as contemplated under Section-13(2)(b)(ii) read with Section-13(4) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 by filing his affidavit in lieu of evidence in compliance with earlier order dated 28/02/2017 passed by this Forum. Thus, in these peculiar circumstances, it is evident that Complainant has lost his interest in further prosecution of present consumer complaint.  In such circumstances, it is not desirable to prolong the case.  Hence, consumer complaint stands dismissed for want of prosecution in accordance with the provisions of Section-13(2)(c) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 read with Rule-4(7) of the Maharashtra Consumer Protection Rules, 2000.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
