ORAL ORDER

          None present for the Complainant even on second call.  Today Complainant not only failed to appear before this Forum without any sufficient reason but also failed to take appropriate steps for service of notice to the Opposite Party in compliance with earlier order dated 29/01/2016 passed by this Forum.  Perusal of the order-sheet reveals that so was the position even on previous two dates viz. 30/12/2016 and 27/10/2016.  There is no report available on record as regards service of notice to the Opposite Party.  In these peculiar circumstances, it does appear to this Forum that Complainant has lost his interest in further prosecution of present consumer complaint.  Hence, consumer complaint stands dismissed for want of prosecution in accordance with the provisions of Section-13(2)(c) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 read with Rule-4(7) of the Maharashtra Consumer Protection Rules, 2000.  No order as to costs.
