Perused record it appears that matter/ present execution proceeding was posted for awaiting Proclamation report. Further it appears that in pursuance of the proclamation report P.S.O. Rana Pratap Nagar, Nagpur city, Nagpur by it’s report Dt. 10/08/2024 informed that accused Pratik Sagar Dambhare is died on 28/12/2023. Copy of Death Certificate is also annexed alongwith it’s report. Therefore Continuance of present execution proceeding after the death of sole accused is considered to be infructious & meaningless.

            In view of Death of accused Pratik Sagar Dambhare present execution proceeding is ‘abated’, as such execution proceeding is dismissed for want of prosecution and matter is closed.
