          None present for Complainant even on second call.  Today Complainant failed to appear before this Forum without any sufficient reason.  Perusal of the record reveals that by a post-card dated 12/04/2017, addressed to this Forum, Complainant has reported to this Forum that pursuant to his claim in consumer complaint, Opposite Party has paid to him an amount of Rs.1,50,000/-.  Further, Complainant has sought leave of this Forum to withdraw the present consumer complaint.  Thus, in such circumstances, when Complainant has lost his interest in further prosecution of present consumer complaint, it is not desirable to prolong the case.  Hence, leave is granted to the Complainant to withdraw the present consumer complaint and accordingly, consumer complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
