Dated the 22 Feb 2013

Heard the Ld.Adv. of the Complainant.

Persued the papers, it is seen that the loss has taken place (Theft of Vehicle) on 16/04/2012.

The Vehical has been insured between 12/04/2011 to 11/04/2012. Therefore the  Vehical is not insured.

Hence the complaint is not maintainable U/S C.P.Act 1986.

Hence the Complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution.
